Australian orders - all parcels are shipped via Express Post for a flat rate of $15. This is a trackable service and takes 1-2 business days to deliver.

International orders - Please check the legalities for importing goods into your country before you buy jewellery from overseas, as some countries have certain regulations. You are responsible to be informed about any customs taxes, regulations or restrictions to avoid any surprises once the jewellery arrives in your country. International shipping is a flat rate of $30. 

All Prose Jewellery pieces have a free 24 month Manufacturing Warranty from the date of purchase. Repairs and/or resizes completed by any jeweller other than Prose Jewellery voids this warranty.

All Prose Jewellery pieces are crafted using 100% solid precious metal (meaning it's not plated, filled or hollow). We pride ourselves on using the highest quality materials and all natural, ethically sourced gemstones. Your Prose Jewellery piece is made to be worn for years to come and eventually become much loved future heirlooms but in order to fulfil this prophecy they must receive some TLC - so here are Polly’s hot tips to keep your jewellery looking and feeling its best!!

1. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals like cleaning products, perfumes, beauty products, chlorine and anything citrusy in nature. 
2. Never ever ever wear your rings whilst heavy lifting, not at the gym, not while carrying multiple full bags of groceries, not when carrying or using tools on the job… you get the idea.
3. When not being worn, jewellery should be stored away from sunlight and heat. Keep your treasures in a jewellery box, airtight bag or tarnish resistant pouch. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom as it may oxidise your shiny silver.
4. To clean your jewellery using lukewarm water with a drop of unscented soap mixed in, you can use a soft toothbrush (I use ones designed for babies) to give the jewellery a gentle scrub.

A most important final note… DO NOT WEAR YOUR RINGS INTO THE OCEAN. Although it seems so sweet to bring your treasures with you for a refreshing dip in the ocean please know due to the cold ocean temperatures shrinking your fingers and obviously the wetness of the water, your rings will slip right off your hands and be lost to the tides forever!!
